Ingredients
Leftover roast turkey meat, shredded (approx 125g pp)
4 soft rolls
Shredded lettuce
Your favourite hot sauce
2 tbsp butter or margarine
Mayonnaise
Leftover blue cheese
Recipe

Melt the butter in a large non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

Add the shredded turkey meat and a good few dollops of hot sauce.

Stir well to coat the meat and heat until the turkey is warmed through.

Crumble some blue cheese into a dollop of mayonnaise and stir.

Fill the rolls with lettuce, the turkey meat and top with the mayo (and some more blue cheese if desired).
